What data do we process

We process only the personal data that is necessary to provide car rental services. These include:

• Last name, first name, patronymic;
• Contact phone;

• Driver's license data (series, number, date of issue);
• Payment information (when paying for rent);
• Data that you voluntarily provide when contacting us via Telegram or by phone.

We do not process special categories of personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status, unless required by law.

Purposes of personal data processing

Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Conclusion and execution of a car rental agreement;
• Communication with you during the booking and service provision process;
• Ensuring rental safety, including verification of driving experience and history;
• Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including tax and migration registration;
• Improving service quality and informing about our services (only with your consent).

We do not use your data for purposes incompatible with those stated above.

Legal grounds for processing

Personal data processing is carried out on the following legal grounds:

• Consent of the personal data subject (Article 9 of the Law "On Personal Data");

Data related to the rental agreement is stored for the duration of the agreement and for 3 years after its expiration for accounting and tax reporting purposes.

After the storage period expires, the data is destroyed or anonymized.
