• Child seat: provided free of charge when ordered in advance — in Uzbekistan, transporting children under 12 without a car seat is prohibited.

The price does not include fuel — you return the car with the same fuel level as you received it. Washing before return is not required: we accept the car in the condition it was returned, provided there is no damage.

Deposit: amount and return

The deposit depends on the car class: from 3,000,000 UZS for economy and comfort to 8,000,000 UZS for premium and unique models. This is standard global practice — the deposit covers potential fines and damages. It is returned within 1–3 business days after returning the car without damage or fines. We inspect the car in your presence upon delivery and return — we record scratches and chips in the report to avoid disputes. If no fines arrive during the rental period, the deposit is returned in full. For rentals of 7 days or more, the deposit may be paid in installments — this is decided individually when signing the contract.

Mileage and surcharges

The rate includes up to 200 km per day; beyond the limit, there is an extra charge per kilometer, the amount of which is specified in the contract. For a trip to Samarkand and back (600 km), you will need at least 3 rental days to stay within the limit without extra charges. For Chimgan (160 km round trip), even one day is enough with a margin. If you are going to Khiva (2000 km round trip), it is more profitable to rent a car for 10-12 days—this way you will not overpay for excess mileage. In our experience, renters on long routes rarely exceed the limit, planning the trip with 200 km per day in mind.

To rent a Toyota, you need a passport and a driver's license — international or Uzbek. For citizens of Uzbekistan, a national passport and a category B license are sufficient. For foreigners — a foreign passport and an international driver's permit or a national license with a translation. At Tashkent International Airport, we meet guests with a sign in the arrivals area, help with luggage, and immediately process documents in the parking lot. If the flight is delayed, waiting is free — we track the flight status. For rentals of 3 days or more, delivery within the city is free. Returning the car is also possible at the airport — you leave the keys with our employee and fly away without spending time on a visit to the office.

Extended coverage (without deductible) can be arranged for an additional fee — in this case, you don't pay for minor damage in an accident caused by you. Before signing, we inspect the car together: we record all existing scratches and chips in the acceptance certificate.
