Deposit: from 4,000,000 UZS

The deposit depends on the car class: from 3,000,000 UZS for economy and comfort, from 4,000,000 UZS for SUVs, minivans and commercial vehicles, from 5,000,000 UZS for business, and from 8,000,000 UZS for premium and exclusive models. It is returned within 1–⁠3 business days after returning the car without damage or fines. For all minivans — from the Chevrolet Orlando and Kia Carnival to the Toyota Alphard and Mercedes-Benz V-Class — the deposit is from 4,000,000 UZS. The deposit is blocked on a Uzcard or Humo card; we also accept cash. Upon returning the car, we inspect the body and interior — if there is no damage, the money is returned in full.

Mileage: 200 km per day included

The rate includes mileage up to 200 km per day; excess over the limit is paid per kilometer, the amount is specified in the contract. For trips around Tashkent, this is enough: the route from the airport to Tashkent City and back is about 40 km, a trip to Charvak is 160–⁠170 km round trip. If you plan long routes — to Samarkand or Bukhara — calculate the mileage in advance: a trip to Samarkand and back will be about 600 km. In this case, it is more profitable to rent a car for several days, taking into account the daily limit.

Documents for rental

To rent a minivan, you will need a passport and a driver's license of category B. Driving experience — from two years, age — from 23 years. Foreign guests can rent a car with a foreign passport — an international driver's license is not required if you have a national license. We conclude a rental agreement that specifies all conditions: tariff, mileage, deposit, liability of the parties. When handing over the car, we record the condition of the body and interior — we take photos and sign an acceptance certificate.

The cost of renting a minivan includes mileage of up to 200 km per day, insurance, and technical support. Fuel is paid separately — you return the car with the same fuel level as at the time of issuance. A child seat and navigator are provided free of charge upon request. Booking requires no prepayment: you pay for the whole rental period when you collect the car. Payment is accepted in cash, via Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo cards. If your plans change, we will move the booking to other dates — just let us know in advance.

Car Pickup

Minivan pickup takes place at the Rent-Trip office or at a convenient location for you — at the airport, hotel, or an address in Tashkent. Upon receipt, we check documents, sign the contract and the acceptance report. You inspect the car together with us: condition of the body, interior, fuel level. We record all details in photos — this protects both parties upon return. The car deposit is paid at pickup and returned within 1–⁠3 business days after returning the car.

Car return

Return of the minivan takes place at the agreed time and place. We inspect the car, check the fuel level and the absence of damage. If everything is in order, we sign the return act and return the deposit. If there are fines for traffic violations, they are deducted from the deposit — the remainder is returned. We do not fine for minor dirt in the cabin, but we ask you to return the car clean. When returning in another city of Uzbekistan, an additional fee may apply — check the terms in advance.

This class is not suitable for those planning long trips, for example, to Samarkand (about 600 km round trip) — the daily mileage limit will require renting for several days. For the electric Zeekr 009, you need to consider charging time and station locations. If you need all-wheel drive or increased ground clearance for rough terrain, it is better to consider SUVs. For one or two people without luggage, a minivan is excessive — a sedan or hatchback is enough.
