How payment and deposit are made

Rental and deposit payments are accepted in cash, via Payme, Click, as well as Uzcard and Humo cards. The deposit is blocked on the card or paid in cash upon receiving the car — you choose the method. If the car is returned on time and without damage, the deposit is fully refunded. If fines from cameras arrive during the rental period, they are deducted from the deposit, and the remainder is returned. We recommend keeping payment receipts until the full deposit refund.

Car pickup: documents and inspection

Upon pickup, you drive to the office or we deliver the car to the specified address in Tashkent. You need a passport and driver's license. The manager shows the car documents, inspects the body and interior with you, and records the condition in the acceptance certificate. You check the air conditioning, multimedia, and lights — this takes 10-15 minutes. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, the car is yours.

Car return

The return occurs at the agreed time — at the office or at a convenient point in Tashkent. The manager inspects the car for damage, checks the fuel level and odometer readings. If everything is in order, the return report is signed, and the deposit is returned within 1–⁠3 business days. However, for long routes, e.g., to Samarkand (over 300 km), the daily mileage limit of 200 km is insufficient, and an extra charge for exceeding the limit will apply. Also, if you need a car for outdoor activities with a lot of luggage or for off-road trips, a comfort sedan may not be the best choice, as these models are not designed for conditions other than urban and highway driving.
