Booking a Kia is done via Telegram — write to us, specify the model, dates, and rental period. The manager will confirm car availability and fix the price for the selected days — it will not change until the rental starts. Booking requires no prepayment: you pay for the whole rental period when you collect the car. If the needed model is not available for the required dates, we will offer an alternative from the Kia fleet or suggest the nearest available date. Booking confirmation takes no more than 15-20 minutes during working hours.

Getting the car and inspection

At the appointed time, you come to the Rent-Trip office or order car delivery to a convenient point in Tashkent. Upon receipt, we inspect the car together: we record the condition of the body, interior, fuel level, and odometer readings. All information is entered into the acceptance certificate, which is signed by both parties. You receive the keys, car documents, and support contacts in case of questions. Before delivery, each Kia undergoes a check: oil and fluid levels, tire pressure, air conditioning and brake system operation.

Return and settlement

The car return occurs at the agreed time — you bring the car to the office or leave it at the specified location.
