Business-class car rental in Tashkent: 12 models for business meetings and trips

Aziz RakhimovHead of Rental Department
Published Updated

Need a car for business meetings or meeting partners at the airport? Our rental has 12 business-class sedans — from Kia Cadenza to Audi A6. Choose a car for your scenario, and we will deliver it to any point in Tashkent.

What is business class and who is suitable for renting such cars

Business-class rental consists of D and E segment sedans: increased space for rear passengers, rich equipment, and recognizable status. Such cars are rented when the comfort of people in the back seat matters, not just the driver.

Which cars are considered business class

Business class includes D and E segment sedans with increased rear space and rich equipment: dual-zone climate control, leather interior, heated and ventilated seats, sound insulation. In our selection, these are the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Genesis G80, and Hongqi H9 — models traditionally considered executive sedans. They differ from comfort class in wheelbase size: people taller than 180 cm can freely stretch their legs on the rear sofa of a business sedan. In rental, business class is chosen not for status but for passenger comfort in the back seat — this is the main difference from comfort class.

Who is suitable for renting a business-class car in Tashkent

Business class is rented for business meetings, airport pickups of partners, weddings, and representative trips. In Tashkent, such cars are most often taken by company executives and event organizers: the arrival of a delegation of three or four people in one sedan solves the transport issue without hiring two comfort-class cars. Our experience shows that on weekdays, the main demand is for trips between offices in Tashkent City and the business center; on weekends, for weddings and family celebrations. In Tashkent, business class is often taken for trips to Samarkand and Bukhara — comfort on long distances is important on the highway.

How business class differs from comfort and premium

Business class is the "golden mean": noticeably more comfortable than comfort class, but without the excessive luxury of premium. Take, for example, the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class: both offer smooth ride and cabin quietness at speeds up to 140 km/h, but cost one and a half to two times less to rent than the S-Class or Maybach. The difference between classes is also visible in details: in comfort you get fabric upholstery and a basic audio system, in business — leather and premium acoustics, in premium — separate rear seats with massage. If you need a car for 1-2 days for a meeting, business class is enough; premium is justified for status events with a large number of passengers.

12 business-class models in Rent-Trip: prices and characteristics

Rent-Trip's selection includes 12 business-class cars — from the Kia Cadenza to the Audi A6. Below is a table with prices so you can compare models and choose according to your scenario.

Comparison of business-class models by price and type

Rent-Trip's selection includes 12 business-class cars from 1,300,000 UZS/day.

The price difference between models reflects not only status but also drive type, size, and equipment — different cars are optimal for city and highway.

The most affordable models: Kia Cadenza and Mercedes-Benz C-Class

The most affordable models in the selection are the Kia Cadenza and Mercedes-Benz C-Class from 1,300,000 UZS/day. The Cadenza is a spacious sedan with a naturally aspirated 3.0 engine that feels confident on Tashkent avenues and on the highway to Chimgan. The C-Class is more compact but offers that very noise comfort and smoothness for which the German school is valued. Both models are suitable for daily business trips around the city when you don't need flagship status but want to drive in comfort. The C-Class is the entry point into the German business class: a recognizable brand and comfort with a budget of up to 1.5 million UZS per day.

Flagships of the selection: BMW i5, Audi A6, BMW 5 Series

Top picks — BMW i5 and Audi A6 from 2,200,000 UZS/day, BMW 5 Series from 2,100,000 UZS/day. The Audi A6 with its quattro all-wheel drive is a choice for those who value high-speed handling; the BMW 5 Series is the benchmark of balance between comfort and drive. The BMW i5 is an electric car with a range of up to 500 km, which charges in 40 minutes at a station in Tashkent City. These three models are most often taken for meetings with foreign partners: they provide the right level of presentability without the pretentiousness of the premium class. The BMW 5 Series and Audi A6 are classics for business trips to Samarkand: they are equally good on city avenues and on the highway.

How to choose a business-class car for your task

The choice of model depends on the scenario: meeting partners at the airport, a wedding, or a long highway to Samarkand require different cars. Below are recommendations for each task.

For business meetings and meeting partners

For business meetings in Tashkent City, the most commonly rented are the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, and Genesis G80. The E-Class is a versatile choice: it's appropriate both for office negotiations and for meeting guests at Tashkent International Airport. The Genesis G80, at a price lower than its German classmates, offers a comparable level of equipment: seat ventilation, panoramic roof, premium audio. At negotiations, rear-row comfort is important — that's where the guest sits, so choose models with a spacious second row.

For a wedding and celebration

For weddings in Tashkent, the Hongqi H9 and Genesis G80 are rented — spacious sedans with a prestigious look. The Hongqi H9 is the largest car in our selection: over 5 meters in length, a wheelbase of nearly 3 meters, and a rear sofa with electric drive. It looks more expensive than its price of 2,000,000 UZS/day and provides an impressive entrance at the departure. For a wedding cortege, not only an impressive entrance is important, but also the possibility to decorate the car — clarify this when booking.

For trips to Samarkand, Bukhara, and Chimgan

For intercity trips to Samarkand and Bukhara, the BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, and Mercedes-Benz E-Class are suitable. The distance to Samarkand is about 300 km, to Bukhara almost 600 km, and on such a route two factors matter: suspension comfort and range. The naturally aspirated and turbocharged petrol engines of these models do not require charging stops, and sound insulation allows conversation in the cabin at 120 km/h without raising your voice. On the Tashkent–Samarkand highway, take a car with a petrol engine: there are more gas stations than charging stations for electric vehicles.

What is included in the rental cost: insurance, mileage, delivery

The basic rental cost at Rent-Trip includes insurance, up to 200 km per day, and 24/7 technical support. Additionally, delivery outside the city and exceeding the daily mileage limit are paid for.

Insurance and contract

Every business-class car is insured, and this is included in the rental price. Upon issuance, we draw up a contract that specifies the liability of the parties and the procedure for settlement in the event of an insured event. Before signing, a Rent-Trip manager records the condition of the body and interior in the acceptance certificate — you receive the car with already noted scratches and chips so that there are no disputes upon return. Please note: insurance covers damage from accidents but does not protect against speeding fines — these are paid by the driver.

Mileage and fuel

The daily rate includes up to 200 km; beyond the limit, there is an extra charge for each kilometer, the amount of which is fixed in the contract. For comparison: a trip from central Tashkent to the airport and back is about 40 km, and a day with business meetings around town is 60-80 km. If you plan a route outside the city, for example, to Chimgan and the Charvak Reservoir, that is 160-170 km round trip, and the daily limit will be just enough. The car is given with a full tank, and you must return it full—otherwise, we will deduct the fuel difference from the deposit.

Car delivery

We deliver a business-class car to any point in Tashkent: to your office, hotel, international airport, or Tashkent City. Delivery within the city is free for rentals of two days or more; for a one-day rental, delivery cost is discussed separately. Delivery time is agreed upon at booking — the car arrives 15-20 minutes early so you can inspect it and sign documents without rushing. If the guest's flight is delayed, notify us on Telegram — we will adjust the meeting time at no extra charge.

Deposit, documents and rental terms

The deposit is a mandatory condition for renting any car at Rent-Trip. It depends on the car class and is returned after returning the car without damage or fines.

Deposit and return terms

The deposit for a business-class car ranges from 3,000,000 to 8,000,000 UZS and depends on the model. For Kia Cadenza and Mercedes-Benz C-Class, the deposit is 3,000,000 UZS; for Genesis G80 and Hongqi H9, it is higher, closer to the upper limit of the range. The deposit is paid before the car is issued in cash, by Uzcard or Humo card, via Payme or Click. Refund occurs within 1-3 business days after returning the car, if no damage is found during inspection and no fines from cameras have arrived.

Documents for rental

To rent a car, you need a passport and a category B driver's license with at least two years of experience. Citizens of Uzbekistan only need national documents; guests of the country need a foreign passport and an international or national license from their country of residence. We check documents on site and sign the contract in 15-20 minutes. The rental is issued for one driver; a second driver can be added at the time of pickup — their passport and license will be needed.

Return conditions

The car must be returned in the same condition as received: clean interior, full tank, no new damage. We do not require a wash before return — it is enough to remove large trash. If new scratches or dents are found, the repair cost is deducted from the deposit according to the rates specified in the contract. Fines from photo enforcement cameras arrive within 10-14 days — if they appear after return, we will send you copies of the decisions via Telegram, and you will pay them separately.

With or without a driver: usage scenarios

Renting a business-class car in Tashkent is possible both with and without a driver — the format depends on the task and your plans for the day.

Rent without driver

The format itself — you are behind the wheel: suitable if you know the city well or have come to Tashkent for a long time. Business-class without a driver is often taken by managers who are used to driving themselves and do not want to depend on a chauffeur's schedule. In this case, you get full control over the route: you can go to a meeting in Tashkent City in the morning, and in the evening go to dinner at a restaurant near Chorsu Bazaar. For rental without a driver, you need at least two years of driving experience — this is an insurance company requirement.

Rent with driver

Business-class with a driver is rented for meetings with delegations, weddings, and events where attention to the road distracts from negotiations. Our driver knows Tashkent: he will bypass traffic jams on Amir Temur Avenue, suggest where to park near a restaurant, and will wait for you at the entrance as long as needed. This is convenient when there are three or four passengers in the car and each is busy with their own tasks — calls or preparation for a meeting. The cost of rental with a driver is calculated individually: the driver's work is added to the daily rate.

When to choose which format

  • Business meeting with partners: with a driver — so the guest sits in the back and doesn't worry about the road.
  • Personal trip around the city: without a driver — complete freedom of movement.
  • Wedding or celebration: with a driver — he knows the procession route and pickup time.
  • Trip to Samarkand for 2-3 days: without a driver — cheaper, and on the highway you are not dependent on someone else's schedule.

Business-class electric cars: why and when to choose

Rent-Trip's selection includes three business-class electric vehicles: BYD Han, Zeekr 007, BMW i4, and BMW i5. They differ from their gasoline counterparts in cabin quietness and lower cost per kilometer.

Why choose electric cars

Business-class electric cars offer two advantages: absolute silence in the cabin and low energy costs. The BYD Han and Zeekr 007 accelerate to 100 km/h in 4-5 seconds, but the main thing is they make no sound at any speed, which is valuable for negotiations in the car. Charging an electric car for 100 km costs 30,000-50,000 UZS versus 120,000-150,000 UZS for gasoline for a similar-class sedan. In Tashkent, charging stations are available in Tashkent City, near large shopping centers, and along major avenues.

When an electric car is not suitable

You shouldn't take an electric car for long trips outside the city. To Chimgan and the Charvak reservoir—about 80 km one way, and the BYD Han's range of 500 km allows you to go there and back without charging. But to Samarkand (300 km) or Bukhara (600 km), driving an electric car is risky: there are few charging stations on the highway, and in an emergency, you'd have to look for an outlet in a roadside cafe. For intercity routes, we recommend gasoline BMW 5 Series or Audi A6.

How to charge a rented electric car

  • At home or in a hotel: from a regular 220V outlet — full charge in 10-12 hours.
  • At the fast charging station: 20-80% in 40-50 minutes — enough for a day in the city.
  • In Tashkent City: there is charging at the business center parking lot — convenient to combine with a meeting.

We issue an electric car with a charge of at least 80% and show the nearest stations on the map. If you plan an active day with high mileage, warn us — we will suggest a route taking into account charging stations.

Conclusion

Business-class car rental in Tashkent is a way to solve transport needs for business meetings, celebrations, and intercity trips without buying a car. The selection includes 12 sedans from 1,300,000 UZS/day: from the affordable Kia Cadenza and Mercedes-Benz C-Class to the flagship BMW i5 and Audi A6. When choosing, focus on the scenario: for city negotiations — rear-seat comfort, for a wedding — a prestigious look, for Samarkand — a petrol engine and range. The rental price includes insurance, mileage up to 200 km per day, and 24/7 support, and the deposit is returned within 1-3 business days after returning the car. Compare models by price and features, assess your plans for the day — and choose a car for the task, not for status.
